Resistance bands may perish over time with persistent use, please ensure you inspect each the bands prior to usage, especially with constant use or vigorous activity to ensure the band is intact. Look out for signs of wear such as whitening of the band colour, tears or abrasions to the surface of the bands or cracks or tears. If you see these signs or other commons signs of damage, do not use the bands as they can dangerous if they break.
We recommend routine inspection of your bands every week on top of the aforementioned pre-usage inspection.
Always have your feet firmly planted and stable to avoid risk of falling. Never use in precarious positions where you increase your risk of falling over, both feet must be on the floor at all times or your body weight supported safely to ensure you do not fall.
